She is the Founder of Pathcare Nigeria now SYNLAB Nigeria (the first ISO 15189 accredited laboratory in West Africa) and initiated the transformation of Pathology and medical
laboratory Services in Nigeria. Dr Ajayi has also played a pivotal role in providing support during the COVID19 Pandemic
Dr. Ajayi empowers the general public through the popular weekly medical radio program, "Doctors on Air" which has over 5 million listeners.
She is the current President of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (HFN) which is the umbrella body for the private healthcare sector, and the Chariman of the Bridge Clinic
board.

An accomplished obstetrician and gynaecologist, healthcare entrepreneur and experienced director and board chairman, Richardson Ajayi has spent the last 22 years spearheading
a healthcare revolution in Nigeria.
Educated in the UK, Dr. Ajayi studied at Kings College, London, where he received his MBBS in 1988, graduating with distinction. In addition to his medical training, he is a
gynaecologist and a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of the UK. he has an alumni status at Lagos Business School, London Business School,
Harvard Business School and he is a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors in the UK.
Having dramatically expanded access to enhanced health services in Nigeria, Dr. Ajayi was appointed as the Chairperson of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH). He
also currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of trustees of Cycology Riding Club with a focus on establishing cycling as a lifestyle in Nigeria. He is also Chairman of
the Board, KAAF Medical Centre, Chairman of Medicentre, a primary healthcare brand. He served as president of the Nigerian Rugby Football Federation with a focus on gettng
Rugby into Nigerian schools.

Yomi’s wealth of experience spans over three decades of working within the FMCG / Pharmaceutical industry in different organizations. She is an exceptional team leader,
administrator and member of the board credited with expertise in corporate strategy, administration, marketing, sales, project/product management and responsibilities as a
government liaison.
She became the first female board director of PZ Cussons Plc and has held the positions of Marketing Director, Sales Director and Corporate Services & Admin Director during
her career. She is passionate about charitable works, doing good and giving back; having managed the PZ Cussons Foundation as a member and its Executive Secretary for over ten
years.
She is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan with a BSc degree in Pharmacology and Diploma in Strategic Sales from the University of Portsmouth, UK and has served on the
Council and Board of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and Advertising Association of Nigeria (ADVAN). She is currently a member of the Lagos State Teaching
Hospital (LASUTH) board in charge of Community Interest and is the US Coordinator on the board of Predictable Future, an NGO focused on the girl child.

Executive Finance Director, Gaslink Nigeria (Axella); Chief Finance Officer, Ocean and Oil Services Ltd, where she was also Treasurer and Finance Controller. Early career
roles include Strategy Consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and Auditor at Akintola Williams and Co. (Deloitte). Gloria is a Fellow of ICAN and holds a BSc from the
University of Jos, Nigeria.
