Bridge Clinic implemented a quality management system, following its successful accreditation by TUV Austria, according to international organisation for standardisation ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:2008 standards respectively in 2004. This has earned us the trust of our clients as the first internationally certified in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) clinic in Nigeria, and through the implementation of international standards we have deployed complex systems which are designed to mitigate risk and deliver the best standard of care to our patients.
In 2013 and 2017, we were recertified by Quality Austria for ISO 9001:2008 and upgraded our processes to meet up with the requirements of 1SO 9001: 2015 in 2018. We have since then consistently met expectations of the re-certification and annual re-surveillance audits until date.
In the last 20 years at Bridge clinic, we have implemented a series of protocols to ensure a high level of service across each clinic. Our quality management systems work to improve the effectiveness of treatments and increase client service satisfaction.
We have however decided to take this a step further by ensuring our clients fully understand what this means to their patient journey and treatment outcomes. Hence, we shall be publishing a monthly article to have our clients informed of our implemented key quality strategies that help us deliver on our care promises to them.
