What can we do for you?
Diagnostic Hysteroscopy
A diagnostic hysteroscopy involves inserting a hysteroscope, a thin lighted tube, into your vagina to examine the cervix and the inside(cavity) of the uterus. It helps to identify abnormalities and assess the uterus’s suitability for embryo transfer.
Your doctor may recommend a hysteroscopy as part of your fertility treatment or to diagnose any potential fertility challenges.
What happens during a hysteroscopy?
The hysteroscope is inserted into the uterus, and fluid is gently pumped to help the doctor see more clearly. Images are displayed on a monitor to identify and address any abnormalities. After the hysteroscopy, your doctor will review the results with you and guide you in exploring your available options.
